Every day is a blessing from the Lord. From the moment He awakes us, we are blessed with another opportunity to glorify His name.
Yet, sometimes before our feet even hit the floor the enemy will attack our minds with negative thoughts in an attempt to hinder the Lord's will. Thoughts such as, I don't feel like getting up or I don't feel like going to work may seem minor. But, if we begin the day surrendering to such negativity, how effective will we be for the Lord's kingdom?
As Christians, we must embrace every day with a Psalm 118:24 heart and rebuke thoughts that are contrary to the Lord's will. No matter what the day entails, the Lord has kept us here for His purpose. Therefore, with all that is within us, we must live each day, as if it were our last opportunity to show the world how much we love Him.
